Summary of Duties

1. Email or Mail  Student Application Form, Homestay Application Form, Medical Information Form, 3 photos and a copy of the first page on the student’s passport to the Director of International Student Program to ensure we have the correct spelling of the student’s legal name.
2. Mail application and processing fee in the amount of CDN$300 payable to Vorrei Inc.to Director of International Student Program
3. Define length of study period
4. Confirm whether the student is interested in the following:
   • language learning (E.S.L) courses (improve English skills)
   • credit earning courses (transfer credits back to home country)
   • graduation from Sunrise
5. Confirm spring break ski trip and summer program participation interest.
6. Confirm attendance
7. Send Sunrise School Division all fees (application and processing fees, tuition fees, homestay fees and medical insurance fees).
8. Assist students in applying for Study Permit.
9. On receipt of Study Permit, confirm arrival date.
10. Arrange for student travel and arrival.
11. Communicate with Homestay families and school through Homestay Coordinator and the Director.
12. Notify the Director of any information changes including study period extension and flight information.
13. Provide departure flight information (E-ticket) to the Director.
14. Assist in Temporary Resident Visa and Study Permit extension
